What to do if I don't receive emails from Bebat?

If you are not receiving emails from Bebat (such as confirmations, notifications, or newsletters), there can be several reasons for this. Below are some possible solutions to address this issue:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes, emails accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder. Search your inbox for the term "Bebat" or manually check your spam or junk folder. Mark the email as "Not spam" if you find it there.

How to do this?

  • Gmail: Open the email in the Spam folder and click the "Not spam" button at the top.
  • Outlook (Hotmail): Right-click on the email and select "Mark as not junk."
  • Yahoo Mail: Select the email in your spam folder and click "Not spam" at the top.
  • Apple Mail (iPhone/Mac): Open the email, tap the flag or folder icon and select "Move to inbox" or "Mark as not junk."

2. Add Bebat's email address to your contacts

Add Bebat's sending address to your contacts or safe senders. This helps ensure that future emails are delivered correctly to your inbox.

To be added email addresses:

3. Ask your IT department or email administrator for assistance

If you are using a business email address, it is possible that Bebat's emails are blocked at the server level. Have your IT team check the following:

  • Domain or IP address blocks
  • Whether the domains shared.hubspot.com and hubspotemail.net are whitelisted
  • Add the following HubSpot IP addresses to the whitelist (both at network and server levels):
    • 193.184.64/26
    • 193.185.128/25
    • 208.124.128/25

4. Use an alternative email address

If you still do not receive emails from us after following the steps above, try providing an alternative email address. This can help determine if the issue is with your original email.

5. Open and click on previously received emails

If you have received emails from Bebat before, try opening those emails and clicking on links within them. This improves Bebat's sender reputation with your email provider.

6. Check the status of your mail server

Sometimes, temporary outages or maintenance on your mail server can prevent you from receiving emails. Check if there are any known outages.
