If you have submitted or are submitting the serial numbers for a particular declaration, you can still undo all changes by restoring or deleting the serial numbers entered.
Restore serial numbers
You can undo an entered serial number or the changes you made to it. The serial number declaration still exists, but the changes you made will be undone.
- Under ‘Declarations’, go to ‘Serial numbers’ and click on the relevant serial number declaration in the overview
- Look in the list to find the serial number for which you want to undo your changes and click the arrow on the right. Your entered fields will be restored and the status will change from ‘Submitted’ to ‘Draft’.
Do you want to do this for all serial numbers entered?
- Under ‘Declarations’, go to ‘Serial numbers’ and click on the relevant serial number declaration in the overview
- Click on the more icon (3 dots) in the top right corner
- Select ‘Restore serial numbers’
- You will see a message that all changes have been restored.
Remove serial numbers
Do you wish to empty all non-submitted lines (in ‘Draft’ status)? Then you can also clear the serial numbers.
- Under ‘Declarations’, go to ‘Serial numbers’ and click on the relevant serial number declaration in the overview
- Click on the more icon (3 dots) in the top right corner
- Select ‘Delete serial numbers’
- You will see a message that all serial numbers with the 'Draft' status have been cleared. You can now start entering the required data again.
If you want to remove specific serial numbers because you have marketed fewer batteries than originally indicated, you need to submit a reduction correction. You will then also be asked which serial numbers you wish to delete.
If you want to delete specific serial numbers because the batteries already declared were ‘taken off the Belgian market’, you must make a negative correction. Once again, you will be asked which serial numbers must be deleted
