Can't log in to your account? If so, check whether the following causes could be to blame.

  • Has your organisation successfully switched to the updated MyBebat portal?
    In order to log in to MyBebat, your organisation's data must be transferred from the old platform (MyBatbase for participants or the old MyBebat for collection points). You’ll only be able to log in to the new portal after you’ve received a confirmation email of your migration.
