Adding serial numbers can be done manually or via an import. In this article, you will discover how to complete and submit the brand, model, and serial number of all your batteries step by step manually.
Please note that not all batteries require you to provide a serial number. Find out more about which batteries do: Batteries with serial numbers.
- Under Declarations, go to ‘Serial numbers’
- Click on the declaration for which you want to add serial numbers
- You will be shown a list containing all batteries of this declaration for which a serial number needs to be transmitted.
- In the Brand column, click next to the battery you want to enter this for and select the brand from the drop-down menu. You can also use a search function here.
- Click in the Model column and select the applicable model. This can be done the same way you selected the Brand.
- Finally, click in the Serial number column and manually enter the serial number.
- Continue to do this for all batteries in the list.
It is important to enter the brand first: after all, you will be shown the correct selection list of the different models based on this.
