After you have submitted a declaration, you can correct it once.
- Log in to MyBebat and go to ‘Declarations’.
- Choose the declaration you want to revise, then click ‘Correct’ via the ‘More’ icon (3 dots) next to it. You can also open the declaration first and then navigate to ‘Correct’ via the ‘More’ icon .
You can now make changes in the same way as with the original declaration. You also have the option here to import a list to correct your declaration.
There are two ways to add batteries by importing: from a file or a previous declaration.
Importing batteries from a CSV, XML or Excel file
- Click on ‘ Import’ at the top
- Select the ‘ Import CSV, XML or Excel’ option
- Select a file to upload from your computer by dragging it in the window or using the ‘Select’ button You can also download templates in XML, XLSX or CSV here by clicking on them.
- Click on ‘ Import’
The batteries have now been added. If necessary, you can continue correcting and/or adding new batteries to the list manually as described in the following article: Manually revising your submitted declaration
Importing batteries from a previous declaration
- Click on ‘ Import’ at the top
- Select the ‘ Import submitted declaration’ option
- In the drop-down menu, select the declaration you want to import from the list
- Click on ‘ Import’
The batteries have now been added. If necessary, you can continue correcting and/or adding new batteries to the list manually as described in the following article: Manually revising your submitted declaration
Is your correction complete? Then click on ‘Check & submit’ and submit your final corrected declaration as described in the article, Submitting your declaration.
