You can still cancel a collection request as long as it has not yet been scheduled with our driver.
- Log in to MyBebat
- Go to 'Collection' – 'Collections' in the menu on the left
- Click on the 'More' icon (3 dots)
on the right of the relevant collection
- Click on 'Cancel request'
We will then check if it is still possible to cancel your request. We will create a support ticket and let you know quickly.
Cancellation not possible?
This can have several reasons:
- Your collection request was automatically created by the telemetry system of your collection unit(s).
- The collection is already scheduled with our driver.
