Cancel a collection request

You can still cancel a collection request as long as it has not yet been scheduled with our driver.

  • Log in to MyBebat
  • Go to 'Collection''Collections' in the menu on the left
  • Click on the 'More' icon (3 dots)dots-vertical on the right of the relevant collection
  • Click on 'Cancel request'

We will then check if it is still possible to cancel your request. We will create a support ticket and let you know quickly.

Cancellation not possible?

This can have several reasons:

  • Your collection request was automatically created by the telemetry system of your collection unit(s).
  • The collection is already scheduled with our driver.
