You have successfully exchanged your saved points for a voucher? Great! Now, of course, you want to know how to use that voucher with the chosen partner. Here you will discover how to redeem the voucher.
Redeeming a voucher with a partner
Each partner company works with its own system: some allow orders to be placed via their webshop, others prefer orders by email. Follow the instructions provided with your voucher.
Your voucher always contains a unique reference code that you need to communicate to the partner and with which you can pay the entire invoice or part of it. You are responsible for any remaining amount if your order exceeds the voucher amount.
You can always consult the MyBebat webshop for each partner to see which system applies to them:
- Log in to MyBebat
- Click on ‘🎁 Webshop’ in the menu bar on the left. You will see an overview of all partners from whom you can order a voucher.
- Click on the partner you want to learn more about.
- Navigate to ‘How to use your voucher’.

Vouchers offered through the MyBebat webshop and redeemable with external partners are the responsibility of the respective partner. Bebat is not liable for the availability, quality, delivery, or any other handling related to the use of the voucher with this partner.

Validity
Your voucher has a limited validity, so use it in time. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can find the exact expiry date on the voucher. Make sure to use the voucher before it expires, as no extension will be granted.
Important to know: the voucher must be used in full at once. Partial use is not possible, and no remaining amount or credit will be paid out. So plan well what you want to order to make full use of the voucher amount.
