How do I remove a user from my organisation?

Whoever has an administrator role in an organisation on MyBebat (Organisation administrator, declaration administrator or location administrator) has the authority to remove other users from the organisation. Follow these steps:

  • In the navigation bar on the left, click on your organisation (at the very top)
  • Go to 'Users
  • In the overview, find the user you want to remove and click on this line. Then click on the 'Delete user' Alternatively, in the user overview, go to the 'More' icon dots-vertical (three dots) at the end of the line and click 'Delete user' directly there.

Don't see this option? Then you probably don't have the right role(s) to delete this user. Ask the organisation administrator or an administrator of the section concerned (declaration administrator or location administrator) to remove the user or to give you the necessary rights to do so.

Please note: You cannot delete the user with the role 'Organisation administrator' if this is the only user with that role. There must be at least one organisation administrator at all times. Therefore, if your organisation changes, first give the role 'Organisation administrator' to a second or different user before removing the first one.
