Are you an external service provider (such as an intermediary, accountant,...) looking to register other organisations as Bebat members? Follow these simple steps to access the online platform at MyBebat, where you can manage the registration and declaration for the organisations you represent.
Step 1: Start the registration process
Open your browser and go to the registration page of MyBebat.
Step 2: Choose your role – "External Service Provider"
Start the registration and initially fill in your first name, last name and email address.
At the next step on the registration page, you will see several user roles. Select "External Service Provider".
This option is intended for individuals or companies that perform administrative or operational tasks on behalf of other organisations at Bebat.
Step 3: Click on the “Register here” button
After your selection, an email window addressed to participants@bebat.be will open.
In this email, provide the following information:
- Company name
- Contact person's last name
- Contact person's first name
- Language
- VAT number
- General email address
- Website
- Head office address: Street name, house number, box number, postal code, city, country
Note: Complete these fields accurately. This information will be verified by Bebat.
Step 4: Confirmation and access
After sending the email:
- Bebat will evaluate your application and contact you.
- Once your application is approved, you can log into the MyBebat portal.
Step 5: Add organisations to your account
After successful registration, you will have access to the portal. From there, you can register or add the organisations for which you handle the administration to your account.

Attention points:
- After registering a company, always add a contact person from the organisation for which you are making the declaration.
- The participation agreement must always be signed by the organisation itself, not by the external service provider.
- A Power of Attorney will be drawn up by Bebat and sent for signature via DocuSign to the external service provider and the organisation.
- Foreign organisations that become Bebat members must designate a Belgian authorised representative and formalise this contractually through a document drawn up by Bebat.
