Have you collected plenty of points by collecting used batteries? You can exchange those points for vouchers from our partners. Here we explain, step by step, how to place an order in the MyBebat webshop.
Ordering and redeeming a voucher
You can exchange your saved points for vouchers from various partners. Each partner company has its own system for redeeming your voucher: some allow you to place an order via their webshop, others prefer orders by email. You pay the full invoice or part of it with your Bebat voucher and settle any outstanding amount yourself. At each partner on MyBebat, you’ll always find an explanation at the bottom indicating which system applies to them.
Step-by-step guide to placing an order
- Log in to MyBebat.
- Click on ‘🎁 Webshop’ in the menu bar on the left, then again on ‘Webshop’. You’ll see an overview of all partners from whom you can order a voucher.
- Click on the partner of your choice.
- Enter how many saved points you want to use for this voucher. The points will be converted into the amount you can spend with this partner.
- Add to your basket by clicking the green ‘Add to basket’
Once you’re done shopping, click the basket icon at the top to finalise your order.
- Go to your basket by clicking the green ‘Basket’ button in the top right corner.
- Check your order. Here, you’ll also see your remaining points after the order.
Need to change something? You can do so by moving your mouse over the line you want to edit and clicking ‘Edit’. - Tick the checkbox at the bottom of your screen: this confirms that you are ordering on behalf of the school and not for personal use.
- Finally, click ‘Place order’ to confirm your order.
Receiving your order
After placing your order, you’ll receive the voucher by email to use with the chosen partner. You can also always find it in MyBebat:
- Go to ‘🎁 Webshop’ in the menu bar on the left
- Now click on ‘Orders’
- You’ll see a list of all your orders
Once your order is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. The vouchers are final and cannot be exchanged.
Please note: the voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be used in full in a single transaction:
- Partial use is not possible
- No remaining amount or credit will be paid out.
