Do you not have anything to declare for a specific declaration period? In other words, did you not put any batteries or products containing batteries on the Belgian market during this time period? You still need to submit a zero declaration.
You can submit a zero declaration as follows:
- Go to ‘Declarations’
- Open the declaration you want to submit.
- Click on ‘Nothing to declare’ at the bottom and then tick the box to declare that the information is correct.
- Click on ‘Submit declaration’ to complete your zero declaration.
- You are now in compliance for this declaration period.
