During an online audit, you perform the control yourself using an online questionnaire.
- You first receive an email announcing this audit.
- Then you receive an email requesting you to submit the audit before a certain deadline.
- The link to the questionnaire can be found in this invitation email.
For the completeness of the control, we also ask you to submit some purchase and sales invoices. The exact documents you need to provide are also mentioned in the invitation email.
After you have submitted everything, we check your answers and documents. If there are any uncertainties or incompleteness, we may contact you with additional questions.
When the audit is fully completed, you will receive the results and information about any corrections. If there are non-conformities, you will receive an invoice or credit note to adjust the payments.
