To start adding batteries, go to ‘Declarations’ and open the declaration you want to edit.
Adding a battery manually from the complete overview
- Click on the green ‘+ Add battery’ button at the top
- Select the battery from the list of available batteries. At the top, you can filter and/or sort by Bebat code, category, IEC code, chemical family and more.
- Click on the green '+' button at the end of the row of the right battery
The battery has now been added. Did it turn out to be the wrong battery? You can click on ‘Undo’ in the confirmation window that pops up.
Adding a battery manually with ‘quick add’
- Click on the '+' icon on the left in the table
- Enter part of a Bebat code.
- Click on the right battery in the dropdown menu.
The battery will now be added. Did it turn out to be the wrong battery? You can click on ‘Undo’ in the confirmation window that pops up.
Entering the number of pieces / weight / use of a battery
When you add a battery, the battery details will be completed into the table automatically. However, you still need to enter the quantities you want to declare for each battery.
- Click on the relevant row in the ‘Quantity’ column of the battery. If a quantity has not been entered, you will see the placeholder text ‘Add quantity’.
- Enter the right quantity.
Where necessary, you should also enter the other variables for the battery, such as weight and use. You do this by clicking on the relevant column of the battery in the row and entering the right numbers.
Duplicating or removing a battery
You can duplicate a battery by clicking on the duplicate icon – the icon in the middle – on the right in the relevant row.
If you want to remove a battery from a declaration that has not been submitted yet, click on the rubbish bin icon on the right – next to the duplicate icon.
Removing all batteries
Do you want to remove all batteries from your declaration? This can be done at the top by clicking on ‘Remove all batteries’ under the more icon .
Your declaration will then be completely empty and you can start adding batteries again.
