How do I manage user roles and rights?

In MyBebat, you have the possibility of working with different users within the same organisation. Those who have an administrator role (organisation administrator, declaration administrator or location administrator) can change the roles of other users. To do so, follow these steps:

  • In the navigation bar on the left, click on your organisation (at the very top)
  • Go to 'Users
  • In the overview, find the user whose roles you want to edit and click on this line. Then click on the 'Manage roles' button. Alternatively, in the user overview, go to the 'More' icon dots-vertical (three dots) at the end of the line and click 'Manage roles' directly there.

You will now see a window where you can see and modify the existing roles of this user.

Satisfied with the selected role(s)? Click on 'Update roles'.

The user will receive an email notifying him/her that his/her roles have been changed. You can never manage or edit roles to which you do not have rights: Different roles & rights.
