As a MyBebat user, you can have roles in different organisations. You also always have the option to leave an organisation yourself (for example, if your role has changed or someone else takes over your role). We explain below how you can leave the organisation and under what conditions.
Leaving an organisation in MyBebat
If you are a member of multiple organisations, first switch to the organisation you want to leave by clicking on the organisation icon 
at the top left of the navigation bar. Then click on the organisation you want to leave. Follow these steps:
- Click on your organisation in the navigation bar on the left (at the very top).
- Go to 'Users'.
- Find your own profile in the list of users and go to the 'More'
icon (three dots) at the back. - Click on 'Leave organisation'.
Can't leave the organisation? First appoint a new organisation administrator.
Do you get a notification that you cannot leave the organisation? You are probably the only one with the role of 'Organisation administrator’ in MyBebat for this organisation. Each organisation must always have at least one user with that role; the person with all overarching rights.
To appoint another organisation manager, follow these steps:
- Click on your organisation in the navigation bar on the left (at the very top).
- Go to 'Users'.
- Find the user you want to appoint as organisation administrator and click on the 'More' icon (three dots) at the back.
- Click on 'Manage roles' and select the role of 'Organisation administrator'.
- Confirm by clicking on 'Update roles'.
After appointing a new organisation manager, you can leave the organisation.
