How to add multiple organisations under a single user account?

Do you manage multiple organisations on MyBebat? Previously, you needed separate user accounts for each organisation, but now you can manage all your organisations via the same account.

Why use only one account?

Using one account means you only need one email address and its associated password. This has several advantages:

  • You only need to log in once and instantly have access to all your organisations.
  • Want to switch organisations? You can easily do this via the menu in your MyBebat profile.
  • You receive all Bebat emails relevant to your organisations at one email address.
  • It's easier to secure just one login via MFA (multi-factor authentication).
  • You only have to remember one password. Handy!

How can I merge my organisations under one account?

Repeat these steps for each organisation you want to add under the same account:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on your organisation at the top left and go to ‘Users’
  • Under ‘Email address’, add the email you now want to use to manage all your organisations.

Once you have done this for all your organisations, you only need to log in with the email address you provided everywhere. You can now manage all your organisations from this one account in the same way as before!

Can my colleague and I each still use our personal email address?

Yes, you certainly can. In fact, we strongly recommend this, so you won't have to share passwords then and it will always be more secure.

Both you and your colleague can be added to multiple organisations and will then each be able to switch between your organisations in your own account.
