You can easily set or change your invoicing e-mail address in MyBebat! Here's how to proceed:
- Log in to MyBebat
- In the navigation bar on the left, click on your organisation (at the very top)
- Click on ‘Organisation Profile’
- At the top, select the second tab, ‘Invoicing’
You can now view your invoicing details. At the bottom, in the ‘Invoicing contacts’ section, you can specify who should receive the invoices:
- Under ‘Primary contact person’, you can enter or change the e-mail address where you wish to receive Bebat invoices.
- If you would like to add an additional e-mail address to which invoices should also be sent, you can enter this under ‘Additional contacts’.
From now on, you will receive invoices at the specified e-mail addresses.
