Have you forgotten your password for your MyBebat profile? No problem, you can easily request a new password yourself.
- Go to https://my.bebat.be/
- Click on 'Forgot password’
- Enter the email address by which you registered on MyBebat
- Click on 'Send’
You will immediately receive an e-mail with a link and instructions to reset your password.
For the security of your profile, we recommend that you set a strong password. Choose a password with the following properties:
- At least 8 characters
- Lower and upper case letters
- At least 1 number (0-9)
- At least 1 symbol (@#^&*-_)
