In the overview, you will find a status for each declaration: new, draft, submitted, or overdue. Find out what each status means here.
‘New’ status
This declaration is ready to be completed. To do this, open the declaration and start adding batteries. The status of this declaration will then change to ‘Draft’.
‘Draft’ status
This declaration has already been partially completed. Open the declaration to continue working on it, complete it, and submit it.
‘Draft’ status, locked
Is there a lock icon on your declaration next to the status? That means someone else from your organisation currently has the declaration opened. Two users cannot edit a declaration simultaneously. You can reopen the declaration once the other user has closed it.
'Submitted’ status
This declaration was submitted successfully.
'Submitted’ status, locked
Is there a lock icon next to the ‘Submitted’ status? That means the allowed time to make adjustments has passed and you can no longer submit corrections. More info on this can be found in the articles about submitting corrections.
‘X days overdue’ status
This declaration was not yet submitted and the deadline was exceeded by the stated number of days. Submit this declaration as soon as possible to avoid extra costs.
‘X days overdue’ status, locked
Is there a lock icon on your overdue declaration? This means that the allowed time limit has been exceeded and therefore you can no longer submit this declaration.
