Do you want to permanently close a Bebat collection point? You can request deactivation in MyBebat.
Follow these steps to request deactivation:
- Log in to MyBebat.
- Go to 'Collection' – 'Collection points' in the menu on the left.
- Click on the 'More' icon (3 dots) on the right side of the line of the collection point you want to deactivate.
- Choose the 'Deactivate'
A window will appear where you can indicate the reason for deactivation:
- The establishment no longer exists (or will no longer exist soon).
- The establishment is temporarily closing.
- The establishment is being taken over.
- The establishment is moving to another location.
- This was a temporary collection point that is no longer in use.
- A battery collection point is not (or is no longer) safe at this location.
- I am no longer interested in being a Bebat collection point.
- Another reason (please provide additional details).
You can also add additional information to explain your request.
When you have correctly filled in the information, click on 'Deactivate location'. We will create a support ticket and our employees will contact you to finalize the deactivation.
