Do you want to change your organisation's details? You can easily do it yourself in MyBebat. Follow these steps:
- Log in to MyBebat.
- Click on your organisation in the navigation bar on the left (at the very top).
- Click on 'Organisation Profile'.
- Click on the first tab 'Organisation' at the top.
You now have access to different sections with information about your organisation:
- Organisation details: Here you can change your organisation's general details, such as the VAT number, the company form, and the business language. You cannot update the company name and your Bebat customer number yourself. If you change the VAT number, a request will be sent in the form of a support ticket. Once your request is approved, you will receive a message from our staff. Our staff will then contact you to possibly create a new organisation.
- Address and contact info: Make sure your details are always up-to-date so we can reach you easily.
At the bottom, you can choose to receive our communication only digitally. This way, we reduce the impact on the environment together.
